The DAKS Simpson Archive @ FTM

The story of DAKS Simpson began in 1894, when Simeon Simpson established a bespoke tailoring factory in London's Whitechapel area. Today DAKS clothing is still a force in contemporary fashion, and the company exports to thirty countries worldwide.

The Fashion and Textile Museum is delighted to host the company's impressive archive, which includes drawings and photography dating from the 1930s through to the present day. Together these create a unique record of fashion trends over the last century.

For more information or to make an appointment to view the collection please call 0207 409 4149 or email janice.heron@london.daks.com.
