Course, workshop, talk and event payments are non-refundable.
If an individual wishes to cancel a course, workshop, talk or event place and written cancellation notice is received by the FTM at least 14 days before the start date, the FTM may be able to offer a transfer to another course, workshop, talk or event of the same value taking place within the same academic year (before 31st July), pending availability. In exceptional circumstances, written requests for refunds may be considered and given at the discretion of the FTM subject to a £10 administration fee.
Courses, workshops, talks and events at the FTM have a minimum required attendance level. If insufficient bookings are received, the Museum reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course, workshop, talk or event. If the FTM cancels a course, workshop, talk or event, the FTM shall endeavour to provide at least one week’s notice. If a transfer is not available, the full cost will be refunded. The FTM cannot be held liable for any losses arising from such a cancellation.
