The Fashion and Textile Museum is seeking a motivated Front of House and Volunteer Coordinator to join a dedicated and friendly team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this central role ensures the professional day to day running of the Museum alongside providing and driving excellent customer service to all visitors and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will lead by example, motivating and developing the Museum’s volunteers and Front of House team. This is a hands-on dynamic role, coordinating all elements of the Front of House operations, and requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
