The first step in organising your Group Visit is to get in touch via our Group Visit Request Form. Once this is done, a team member will be in touch via email to discuss your request.
Advance booking is essential for all groups, who we ask to select a timed arrival slot between 11am – 4:30pm Tuesdays – Saturdays and 11am – 3:30pm on Sundays. If you would like to add a Group Tour or Workshop to your Group Visit, you can find more information here. Please note all Group Tours and Workshops are subject to availability.

Groups of up to 19 adults: £9.00 per adult | £8.00 per concession
Groups of 20 or more adults: £8.50 per adult | £7.50 per concession
Payment for admission and for any additional Bespoke Services must be made a minimum of four weeks prior to your visit, in order to secure your booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit card over the phone or by sending a cheque payable to The Fashion and Textile Museum.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Group Visits may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the date of your visit. Bookings are non-refundable after this time. If you wish to cancel your Group Visit, you must let us know in writing.
