This fun two hour workshop provides the opportunity to experiment with sublimation printing and screen printing. Participants will begin by painting liquid disperse dyes on to paper which will then be transferred on to fabric using the heat press. Printers will also have a chance to experiment with pre-made screens to add further motifs to their design. Tutor Nicole will work with the young designers to help them create their perfect composition using the techniques they have learnt. By the end of the workshop printers will have their very own T-shirt to take home with them.
All materials will be provided, however participants are welcome to bring their own images to draw from if they wish. This half term workshop is suitable for children 12+ no experience necessary.
