Ideal for creating accurate and detailed design elements, Illustrator has a vast range of tools perfect for fashion and textile designers. This course will teach you how Illustrator is used in industry to create technical flat drawings, decorative textile designs and patterns and the best way to present your ideas. - Create flat drawings filled with colour and fabrics
- Develop textile patterns, colourways and design variations
- Add professional effects such as style lines, stitch lines and garment details
This course is taught on PCs and is for beginners or for those that have a basic knowledge of Illustrator. The content is suitable for people working in the textiles sector, students, tutors or anyone interested in improving their computer design skills and learning techniques in Illustrator.
Participants are required to have basic computer skills. Please bring a pen, notebook and USB stick to save your work.
