Our Visitor Services Volunteers are the face of the Museum and help to provide a warm welcome to all our visitors. They deliver excellent customer service assisting in three customer facing areas of the Museum – Front of House, the Shop and Gallery invigilation.

Front of House and Volunteer Coordinator

The Fashion and Textile Museum is seeking a motivated Front of House and Volunteer Coordinator to join a dedicated and friendly team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this central role ensures the professional day to day running of the Museum alongside providing and driving excellent customer service to all visitors and stakeholders.
