Booking Your Exhibition Tickets
All tickets must be pre-booked online before your visit. We are allowing fewer visitors than usual and so have decreased the number of tickets available for each of our daily 1-hour time slots.
From Saturday 17 October you must only book exhibition tickets for persons within the same household or support bubble with a maximum of 6 tickets per booking, in line with the government guidance for London.
If you or anyone that you have recently been in contact with is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) please do not visit the Museum. For more information please visit the NHS website.
Please ensure you arrive within the first 20 minutes of your 1 hour time slot, failure to do so will mean you will not be admitted to the museum. On arrival you will be asked to queue outside the Museum in a socially distanced manner. Upon entry to the Museum foyer please present your ticket on your device or bring a note of your booking reference – there is no need to print. You will be asked to move directly into the gallery once you have presented your ticket.
Please follow social distancing guidelines throughout your visit. To make this easier, one-way and queuing systems are in place throughout the Museum.
Face coverings are required in all public areas of the Museum. For their safety and yours, our team are wearing masks or shields. Please ensure you bring a face covering with you when you visit.
Hand Sanitiser Stations
We have introduced hand sanitiser stations throughout the Museum. Please use them as directed throughout your visit.
We have introduced additional cleaning of our galleries and toilets, as well as door handles, handrails, and other key areas.
A reduced number of toilets are available via the foyer. An additional accessible toilet is available via The Workroom. Please observe queuing systems as directed.
We have removed all seating from the Museum. Lifts and accessible toilets are available, with additional safety measures in place.
The Museum is accessible by level access or by lift. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on the ground floor of the museum, as are baby changing facilities.
We welcome guide, hearing and assistance dogs in all areas of the Museum.
If you would like to receive exhibition captions prior to your visit, please get in touch via our contact form.
If you have any additional requirements for your visit, please contact the Museum via our contact form and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
