Booking Your Exhibition Ticket(s)
Please pre-book your exhibition ticket(s) in advance of your visit, to ensure you are able to secure your preferred entry time. Your ticket(s) will be emailed to you directly after your booking has been made – there is no need to print this email.
Please note that face coverings remain mandatory on all Transport for London tubes and buses.

Please ensure you arrive within the first 20 minutes of your chosen entry time. Upon entry, please present your ticket(s) on your device, or a note of your booking reference number.
It is no longer mandatory for you to wear a face covering during your visit. However, we strongly encourage their use wherever possible.
Test and Trace
It is no longer mandatory for you to check-in with NHS Test and Trace at the beginning of your visit. However, we strongly encourage you to do so.
Hand Sanitiser Stations
Hand sanitiser stations remain in place throughout the Fashion and Textile Museum. Please use them as directed throughout your visit.
Additional cleaning of our galleries and toilets remains in place, as well as door handles, handrails, and other key areas.
The Fashion and Textile Museum shop offers a curated selection of products from up-and-coming and established designers and authors. Every purchase helps to support us, and the independent makers we’re proud to stock.
You can visit the Fashion and Textile Museum shop at any time during our opening hours – there’s no need to book a ticket – or you can always shop with us online.
Eating and Drinking
No food or drink is permitted in the gallery, other than bottled water.
The Fashion and Textile Museum is situated at the thriving heart of Bermondsey Street, surrounded by award-winning restaurants, cafes and pubs. So, if you would like to enjoy a meal or a drink before or after your visit, check out what’s on offer.
Toilets are available on the ground floor, including wheelchair-accessible and baby change facilities.
The Fashion and Textile Museum entrance is step-free and wheelchair accessible.
A wheelchair accessible lift provides access to our mezzanine floor. For access to this lift, please ask any member of staff.
We welcome guide, hearing and assistance dogs.
Large print captions are available from the front desk. Please ask a member of staff on arrival and they will be happy to provide you with them. If you would like to receive exhibition captions prior to your visit, please get in touch.

Unless otherwise stated, photography is welcome, but please ensure your flash is turned off. If you wish to use a tripod or filming equipment, please get in touch prior to your visit.
The cloakroom is closed. Please leave large bags and items at home and keep your belongings with you during your visit.
Wherever possible, we ask that visitors pay using contactless or card payment.
