Spend a weekend immersed in colour with expert textile designer Sarah Campbell. In this two-day colour master class participants will have the opportunity to hear Sarah discuss her design process and the importance of colour in her own work.

Spend a day creating decorative collages under the expert hand of Sarah Campbell. Sarah will show samples of her own folded and collaged pieces; participants will start by exploring techniques and will discuss how to consider shape, colour, texture and form.
Saturdays, 12 and 19 September | 10:45am – 4:30pm | £190
Led by creative pattern maker Michelle Lewis participants will cover the basic rules of flat pattern cutting. The 2-day course focuses on using fashion blocks to create womenswear garment components including simple sleeves and skirts.

In this 1-day workshop led by the Museum’s pattern cutting tutor and creative pattern maker Michelle Lewis, learn the skills used by couture fashion houses to copy elements of historical garments without the need to pull them apart.
